Role Description The Sales Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Azamgarh. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a local sales team, setting daily and weekly targets, and ensuring that sales processes are executed efficiently. This role includes monitoring performance metrics, coaching and mentoring team members,



and coordinating with internal stakeholders to align sales activities with business objectives. The Sales Team Lead will interact directly with customers, identify opportunities for growth, resolve service issues, and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and partners. The role involves preparing regular sales reports, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to increase adoption of BlackBuck’s products and services in the region.
