Mentorque is building a modern career acceleration platform combining strategic mentorship, structured job-search execution, interview preparation, and AI-powered tools.We work with professionals who are actively trying to improve their careers, get better opportunities, and navigate their job search with more structure and support.We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Intern (BDR) who can speak confidently with prospects, understand their situation quickly, qualify them properly, and consistently build a strong sales pipeline.

Role Description
This is a full-time role focused on lead qualification, outbound calling, follow-ups, and pipeline generation.You will be one of the first people prospective customers speak with after they register, enquire, attend an event, or engage with Mentorque.

Your job is not to aggressively sell the program on the first call. Your job is to understand the prospect, identify whether Mentorque can genuinely help them, qualify their intent, and move the right prospects to a strategy/sales conversation.

What You Will Do




• Call new leads quickly after they enter the pipeline.
• Speak with prospects over phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand their current role, job-search status, target opportunities, challenges, and urgency.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Book qualified prospects for strategy/sales calls.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects who have not yet booked.
• Re-engage older leads and build pipeline from existing databases.
• Maintain accurate lead status, notes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
• Update CRM / Google Sheets daily.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified prospects are handed over properly.
• Track daily activity including calls made, conversations, qualified leads, booked calls, show-ups, and conversions.
• Identify common objections and prospect feedback and communicate them back to the team.
• Work toward transparent daily
