Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager at Spiro Labs will lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive growth in diagnostic services. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves identifying new business opportunities,



building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and partners, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Sales Marketing Manager will plan and implement marketing campaigns, oversee branding and promotional activities, and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, preparing performance reports, coordinating with operations and clinical teams to align service offerings with market needs, and ensuring a consistent, qualified representation of the Spiro Labs brand.
