Role DescriptionWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms. The role will involve identifying the right creators and KOLs, building strong relationships, handling collaborations and negotiations, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns from start to finish.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, robust communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of social media trends and creator content.

Key Responsibilities• Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators, and KOLs based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
• Handle influencer outreach, communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant KOLs and industry experts aligned with the brand.
• Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, content coordination,



and execution.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs for consistent and credible brand collaborations.
• Manage influencer collaborations from initial outreach to final content delivery.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and other collaboration terms.
• Coordinate with influencers and KOLs to share campaign briefs, content requirements, timelines, and brand guidelines.
• Review content submissions and coordinate with creators for revisions and approvals.
• Coordinate influencer and KOL shoots and ensure smooth execution of creator-led content.
• Assist with founder/CEO-led influencer content and collaborations.
• Contribute to campaign ideas, content concepts, hooks, and scripts for influencer collaborations.
