Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to support and optimize our Talent Management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical and functional expertise in Cornerstone, a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, and the ability to partner closely with HR, Learning, Development, Talent Management, and business leaders.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary administrator for Cornerstone OnDemand CSOD
• Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, workflows, permissions, and security roles
• Manage system upgrades, release testing, regression testing, and deployment activities




• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides
• Administer learning catalogs, curricula, certifications, learning assignments, and training programs
• Manage instructor-led, virtual, and online learning offerings
• Support compliance training initiatives and certification tracking
• Troubleshoot learner, manager, and administrator issues
• Monitor training completion metrics and learning effectiveness
• Configure and administer performance review cycles, goal management, competency frameworks, and talent calibration processes
• Support annual and mid-year performance review activities
• Partner with HR and business leaders to improve performance management processes and user adoption
• Maintain performance templates, rating scales, competencies, and workflows
• Support succession planni
