Role Description The Manager Electrical Battery Energy Storage System Research and Development will lead the design, development, and optimization of battery energy storage systems within SPML’s energy and infrastructure projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Delhi Area and involves overseeing R&D; activities, including feasibility studies, concept design, prototyping, and performance testing of electrical and battery storage solutions. The role includes managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, and operations), and ensuring compliance with relevant safety, grid, and environmental standards. The manager will evaluate emerging technologies, support the integration of storage systems with renewable and conventional power projects, and prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
