Role Description The Student Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode.



The Student Counsellor will guide prospective students through the entire study abroad journey, from initial enquiry to post-admission support. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, understanding academic backgrounds and career goals, and recommending suitable countries, universities, and programs. The role involves assisting with application documentation, coordinating with admissions teams, and supporting students with visa procedures and interview preparation. The Student Counsellor will also maintain accurate records in internal systems, follow up with leads, collaborate with marketing and operations teams, and participate in seminars or events to promote Sterling’s services.
