Current Product Introduction Responsibilities

• Lead electrical NPI activities from concept through production launch, ensuring electrical manufacturing readiness and successful factory ramp-up across internal manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, BOMs, and component specifications for manufacturing feasibility, completeness, and production readiness.
• Drive electrical Design for Excellence (DFX), including DFM, DFA, Design for Automation, Design for Cost, and serviceability, with focus on assembly access, cable routing, bend radius, connector selection, term
