Role Description The CD Loan Officer is a full time role based in Chhapra with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing the end-to-end loan process, including lead generation, customer interaction, collection and verification of documents, and loan origination for consumer durable (CD) products. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing customer eligibility,



performing preliminary underwriting checks, explaining loan terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The CD Loan Officer will collaborate closely with branch teams, channel partners, and back-office operations to ensure timely approvals, accurate data entry, and smooth disbursement. The role also includes post-disbursement customer service, resolving queries, and maintaining strong relationships to support repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills and experience related to Loan Officers and loan origination, including handling end-to-end consumer loan processes and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, including understanding of lending products, credit evaluation basics, and interest and repayment struct
