About the Role

The IT&Data; Cyber Security OT Manager is responsible for securing Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA environments, manufacturing systems, and connected industrial assets across Danone's production sites. The role ensures cyber risks impacting manufacturing operations are identified, assessed, and mitigated while supporting compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and business continuity requirements.

Technical Skills Required

• Hands on expertise on DCS/PLC/SCADA/ HMI/EWS and minimum baseline security standards applicable to ICS system.




• Hands on expertise on secured ICS architectures design and implementation including network segmentation, remote access, and IT/OT convergence.
• Working knowledge and understanding on industrial standards and cybersecurity requirements including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001 (audit/assessment).
• Strong knowledge of OT Security Operations cyber resilience, and business continuity planning.
