Requirements

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CRM & Tele Calling
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM and customer data management
• Ability to communicate with customers and handle follow-ups effectively
• Female candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Follow up with customers and leads
• Handle customer inquiries and requests
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM
• Explain products and services to customers
• Coordinate with the sales team when required
• Maintain call records and customer feedback
