We are growing our team and are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who can contribute across both marketing and business development — from identifying potential clients to generating conversations, presenting our services, and converting opportunities into projects.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on Marketing & Sales role for someone who enjoys both marketing and client acquisition.

The person will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential businesses, reaching out to prospects, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant PixCrest services, following up with prospects, and supporting the conversion of leads into paying clients.

The role will also involve supporting PixCrest's marketing activities, maintaining our prospect database,



researching target markets, and identifying recent business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and identify potential clients across target industries such as fashion, restaurants, cafés, real estate, startups, and other growing businesses.

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.

• Initiate conversations with business owners, founders, decision-makers, and marketing teams.

• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for branding, UI/UX, websites, digital marketing, content, and creative services.

• Present and pitch PixCrest Studio's services to prospective clients.

• Schedule and participate in client calls and meetings.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
