We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR qualified to lead the HR function for our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and marketing project.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete HR operations for manufacturing plant, corporate office and sales & marketing teams.
• Prepare manpower planning, HR budgets and organization structures.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions.
• Manage plant HR, attendance, shifts, leave, overtime and manpower productivity.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, contract labour and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and systems.
• Manage performance appraisal, KPI/KRA,



promotion, increments and PIP.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programmes, including GMP/GDP and safety-related training.
• Manage payroll, compensation, employee benefits and HR MIS.
• Support recruitment and HR management of MRs, ABMs, RSMs, Product Managers and Sales Heads.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare and organizational development.
• Manage resignation, exit interview, full & final settlement, relieving and experience documentation.
• Prepare regular HR dashboards and reports for senior management.

Qualification
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management, or equivalent.
• Additional qualification in Labour Law / Industrial Relations will be an advantage.

Experience
HR Manager : 10–14+ years

Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / FMCG / Chemical / regulated manufacturing industries will be preferred.
