Role Description The Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for various teams, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, and compliance staff. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, creating training plans and materials, facilitating classroom and on-the-job sessions, and organizing workshops and refreshers.



The Training Manager will track training effectiveness through evaluations and performance metrics, maintain training records, and ensure programs align with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with department heads and HR to support onboarding, continuous learning, and competency development across the organization.
Qualifications
• Experience in training design and delivery, including needs assessment, curriculum development, and facilitation of group and individual sessions.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
