Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Customer Support Executive with a background in Nutrition to join our customer experience team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness and can confidently handle both general customer service queries and in-depth, technical product-related questions. You’ll play a key role in building trust with customers by offering expert guidance on our nutraceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Professional Customer Support:
Maintain a warm, empathetic, and professional tone while interacting with customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and social media.

• Offer Technical Product Guidance:
Use your expertise in nutrition and dietary science to address specific product-related questions, suggest suitable supplements, and guide dosage or usage queries (within the scope of general guidelines).

• Resolve Issues and Complaints:
Address customer concerns, including product dissatisfaction, and work towards resolution with clarity and compassion.

• Collaborate with Internal Teams:




Coordinate with product development, quality assurance, and marketing teams to stay updated and ensure accurate responses to technical queries.

• Educate Customers:
Help users understand the benefits, ingredients, usage, and scientific backing of our product portfolio in easy, customer-friendly language.

• Maintain Accurate Records:
Log all interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in a clear and organised manner to ensure consistent service and insights for internal teams.

• Feedback and Reporting:
Share recurring queries or concerns with internal teams to improve product FAQs, training material, and customer education.

Key Skills:

• A certified nutritionist or dietitian (B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, or relevant discipline)
