Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential interior projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates and budget alignment. Daily tasks include tracking project costs, updating cost reports, and working closely with designers, project managers, and contractors to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves monitoring expenditures,



supporting procurement decisions, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality. The Quantity Surveyor will also assist in cost planning during the design phase and provide clear, timely commercial updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Strong cost planning skills, including experience in developing initial budgets and detailed cost forecasts for interior or construction projects.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs, with the ability to interpret design drawings and specifications accurately.
• Proven cost control and cost management capabilities to monitor expenses, manage variations, and support value engineering.
• Experience in cost reporting, including preparation of regular financial updates, cash flow projections, and final account summaries.
