Salesforce Business Analyst
Experience: minimum 4-5 years
Location: India (Remote, with team alignment)
Engagement: Contractual / Long-Term Project (Contract-to-Hire potential)
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)
Compensation: Paid on an Hourly Basis

We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst on behalf of our client—one of the largest and fastest-growing school networks, known for delivering solid academic outcomes across dozens of schools serving students from all backgrounds.

The Technology function powers enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data services that support students, families, educators, and staff across the network.



This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and Salesforce technology, driving solutions across marketing, lead management, enrollment, and family engagement.

As a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst, you will lead discovery, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions that support mission-critical business processes. You’ll act as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams—translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements and driving solutions from concept through delivery.

You will own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Salesforce initiatives, from backlog prioritization and requirements gathering to solution design, testing, release management, and production support, while also acting as a platform steward handling point-and-click configuration and optimization.
