Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (EST hours)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday week off)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA
- Share product availability and product update information with customers
- Provide accurate order and delivery status updates
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to resolve issues
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions




- Be flexible to support weekend needs when required

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working night shifts (EST hours)
- Basic computer skills and comfort with ticketing tools
- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are both welcome
