Role Description This is a remote, contract Junior Recruiter role responsible for supporting end-to-end recruiting activities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through online platforms and professional networks, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone or video interviews.



The Junior Recruiter will coordinate interview schedules, maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking tools, and communicate status updates to both candidates and hiring managers. The role also involves posting job descriptions, assisting with offer coordination, and providing general administrative support to the recruiting and staffing team. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate closely with senior recruiters to learn best practices and help improve recruiting processes.
