About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Executive – Interior Design who is passionate about sales, customer relationships, and transforming client requirements into successful interior design projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting interior solutions, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into confirmed projects.
This is a client-facing sales role requiring excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, commercial awareness, and an understanding of residential and commercial interior design.
? Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
- Generate current leads through references, networking, digital enquiries, channel partners, and other business development activities.
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in interior design, renovation, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, brokers, and other potential referral partners.





Client Handling & Requirement Understanding
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their budget, requirements, lifestyle, design preferences, and project timelines.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Act as the primary point of contact from initial enquiry through project confirmation.

Interior Design Sales
- Present the company's interior design services, concepts, materials, finishes, and project capabilities.
- Explain design proposals, BOQs, estimates, specifications, timelines, and commercial terms to clients.
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to develop proposals that meet client requirements.
- Provide clients with appropriate solutions based on their budget and project requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and commercial policies.
