About the Role
We are looking for a commercially aware, client-focused marketing qualified who can manage customer relationships, coordinate integrated campaigns and creative production, interpret marketing performance and contribute to new business development.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership position. You will work closely with clients, internal specialists, creative and production partners, media teams and Scale Up’s leadership.



You will be expected to understand the client’s business—not merely coordinate tasks—and help translate business priorities into well-executed marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-management skills with practical marketing knowledge, disciplined project management, analytical ability and commercial confidence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management and Customer Relationships
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, products, customers, competitive landscape and growth priorities.
- Translate client objectives into clear marketing briefs, campaign requirements and action plans.
- Conduct regular client reviews, status meetings and performance discussions.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure commitments are delivered on time and to the required standard.
