Role: Executive Assistant (EA)We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and keep BluePill AI operating at a high level. This is not a traditional administrative role — it’s a high-ownership position at the center of a rapid-moving startup.
You will be the force multiplier for the CEO: managing operations, communication, scheduling, follow-through,



and helping keep the company organized during a period of rapid growth. If you thrive in ambiguity, anticipate needs before they appear, and can operate with speed, precision, and discretion — you’ll love this role.

What You’ll DoExecutive Support & Operations
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow with precision
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, investor conversations, and internal reviews
- Ensure important items do not fall through the cracks — handle reminders, deadlines, and prep

Communication & Coordination
- Draft, refine, and manage emails, documents, announcements, and investor communications
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage information flow and keep the CEO fully briefed on what matters

Company Operations & Execution
- Assist with onboarding, team coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Organize company meetings, prep materials, track deliverables, and drive
