Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and course preferences.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, admission procedures, and deadlines.
- Counsel students and assist them in selecting suitable courses and institutions.
- Manage and follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, databases, and other sources.
- Coordinate the complete admission process from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
- Assist students with application forms, document collection, verification, and submission.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
- Coordinate with colleges/universities regarding applications, document verification, interviews, offer letters, fee payments, and admission confirmation.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM/Admission Management System.
- Track daily enquiries, follow-ups, applications, conversions, and pending cases.
- Prepare regular admission reports for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and counselling teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Build robust relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Ensure a smooth and positive student experience throughout the admission journey.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission/enrolment targets.
