Admonky is hiring a highly strategic & hands-on Paid Ads Expert who can independently manage and scale multiple client accounts across Google Ads + Meta Ads.

nWhat We're Looking For:

- Agency experience is mandatoryn
- Strong expertise in Google Ads + Meta Adsn
- Experience across E-commerce + Lead Generationn
- Proven experience managing Indian + International clientsn
- Ability to efficiently manage 15–20 client accounts simultaneouslyn
- Proven ability to scale accounts, improve ROAS & maximize client revenuen
- Solid strategic & analytical thinking — not just campaign executionn
- Advanced tracking expertise — GTM, GA4, conversion events, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, CAPI & troubleshootingn
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, creatives & CROn
- Excellent English communication & client management skillsn




- Comfortable communicating directly with international clientsn
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging accounts/situationsn
- High ownership — able to identify problems, find solutions and execute independentlyn

nWhat You'll Own:

nStrategy → Execution → Tracking → Optimization → Scaling → Reporting → Client Communication

nYou should be able to take complete ownership of an account without needing constant direction.

nCompensation: Upto ₹6 LPA, depending on experience, technical expertise, client-handling ability & proven performance.
