n* Create social media posts, reels, brochures, hoardings, standees and other marketing creatives.
n* Manage social media content and monthly content calendars.
n* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
n* Coordinate with agencies, vendors, photographers and internal teams.
n* Handle project branding and overall marketing requirements.
n* Conduct competitor research and follow current marketing trends.
n* Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.

n### Required Skills
n

n* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/CorelDRAW.
n* Good understanding of social media, branding and digital marketing.
n* Creative, organised and detail-oriented.
n* Positive communication and coordination skills.
n* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
n* Real-estate experience preferred.
