Role Description
The Key Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key restaurant accounts, serving as the primary contact for clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring account performance, analyzing data and trends, preparing business plans and growth proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to execute strategies.



The Key Account Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners and regularly coordinate with online food delivery aggregators such as Swiggy, Zomato, Rapido, Flipkart, and other platforms to resolve issues, improve account performance, and drive growth.

Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Account Management skills, with the ability to manage strategic client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, reports, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with restaurant partners, food delivery aggregators, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Experience in e-commerce or online food delivery platforms such as Swiggy,
