Your place in the team
As an SAP PTP (MM) Functional Consultant, Interface Operations Support, you will be responsible for supporting procure-to-pay interfaces between SAP ECC, S/4HANA and connected systems operating in a coexistence environment. You will monitor and resolve interface and transaction failures across purchasing, goods receipt, stock transfer and vendor master processes, ensuring transactions are successfully processed and synchronised across systems.
You will work closely with client business and technical teams to investigate root causes, correct reference data, locks and status issues, and replay or resubmit failed transactions.



You will also perform daily ECC-to-S/4HANA reconciliation activities and ensure exceptions are tracked through to closure within agreed recovery targets.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and support procure-to-pay interfaces between SAP ECC, S/4HANA and connected systems in a coexistence environment.
• Monitor and resolve failed or stuck purchase order, goods receipt, stock transfer order (STO) and vendor master transactions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot relevant IDocs and Integration Suite flows, including ORDERS, DESADV, MBGMCR and CREMAS transactions.
• Investigate root causes of interface failures, including reference data, locks, status and processing issues.
• Correct relevant data, locks and status issues and replay or resubmit transactions, confirming successful posting in the target system.
