Head of Client Enablement, Asset Servicing (India)

Role Summary

The Head of Client Enablement leads a centralized global organization based in India and Manila dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of Asset Servicing's client-facing teams. The role is responsible for building and scaling capabilities that help Client Owners,



Client Service teams, and business leaders strengthen client relationships, improve client outcomes, and support business growth.

As a strategic partner to regional leadership, client-facing teams as well as the Client Management Practice Lead, this leader will deliver the insights, governance support, business intelligence, and operational capabilities that enable consistent execution and exceptional client experiences. The role will drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and scalable operating models while building a high-performing team focused on service excellence and innovation.
