N nThis role will be a highly visible team player through their ability to pull stakeholders together to collaborate. As a Sr. UX designer and champion of people, their mentoring will include critiquing, providing design feedback, conducting retros & research that can influence engineering team decisions to enable optimal solutions for our customers. Basic qualifications
N - 7+ years of UX designeror interaction designer experience
N - Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating excellent end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
N - Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
N - Experience working withstakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
N - Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep
N - Experience in a varietyof design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools Preferred qualifications
N - Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
N - Master‘s degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Master‘s degree
N - Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services preferred
N - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
