Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Manager – Corporate Partnerships/Fundraising to support our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing resources through individual donors, corporate partnerships, and fundraising campaigns to ensure the sustainability and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnership (B2B) vertical is the most important segment of the Resource Mobilization Section in a non-progfit organization as most of the resources for the organization are raised and managed by this vertical. The purpose of the said position is to build partnerships with CSR Heads of corporate primarily to raise funds for our ongoing programmes.
The incumbent shall create in-roads with the CSR Heads to present various programs of Smile Foundation as mentioned above. Further, the position will also collaborate with programme and programme development teams towards proposal creation, ideation and sometimes joint pitching.
● Conceptualize, develop, maintain and implement successful business development strategies as part of CSR mandate of corporates specifically with MNCs in order to achieve the organization’s overall objectives.
