We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant | Immediate JoinerC S D & Co. LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive who can independently manage accounting, payroll and routine compliance requirements for multiple clients.
This is a hands-on accounting role requiring strong fundamentals, accuracy and complete ownership of books of accounts and related compliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for assigned clients
- Maintain and review books of accounts primarily on Tally
- Review ledgers, journal entries and accounting classifications
- Handle bank, vendor, customer and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform monthly and year-end closing of books
- Prepare and review GST and TDS workings, reconciliations and returns
- Handle payroll-related accounting and employee compliances
- Manage PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax and other applicable employee/labour compliances
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, statutory deductions, challans and related filings




- Maintain employee-related statutory records and support compliance under applicable labour laws
- Prepare monthly MIS, schedules and management reports
- Ensure books are complete, accurate and audit-ready
- Prepare schedules and information required for statutory audits, tax audits and financial statements
- Identify accounting gaps, unreconciled balances and pending entries and independently drive their closure
- Coordinate directly with clients and internal teams for accounting records, documents and compliance requirements

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:
- Has strong practical knowledge of accounting and financial statements
- Can independently handle books of accounts from entry level through finalisation
- Has strong hands-on experience with Tally
- Has sound working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESIC and employee-related statutory compliances
- Is proficient in Micr
