Fidvia Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading OTT & Video Technology company that provides technology solutions and platforms to media, broadcasters, OTT players and digital content businesses.
nWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can manage and grow existing enterprise accounts, build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.

nWhat will you do?

- n
- Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customers.n
- Build strong relationships with business, technology and commercial stakeholders.n
- Understand customers' OTT, media and technology requirements.n
- Grow existing accounts breadth-wise and depth-wise.n
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.n
- Understand the customer's existing technology landscape and identify gaps that can be addressed through the company's solutions.n




- Build and manage an account-growth pipeline.n
- Drive opportunities from requirement discovery through proposal, negotiation and closure.n
- Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Technology and Delivery teams to develop the right solutions.n
- Identify renewal, expansion and long-term contract opportunities.n
- Maintain strong customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.n
- Establish the company as a strategic technology partner, rather than only a service provider.n

nWhat are we looking for?

- n
- 3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Client Success or B2B Technology Sales.n
- Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.n
- Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.n
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.n
- Ability to engage CXO, business, technology and commercial stakeholders.n
- Positive understanding of technolog
