nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.n
- Manage device enrollment, provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.n
- Deploy and manage applications, patches, and software updates through Intune and SCCM.n
- Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and conditional access policies.n
- Support Windows Autopilot deployments and up-to-date workplace initiatives.n
- Perform OS imaging, task sequence creation, and Operating System Deployment (OSD).n
- Manage endpoint security controls including BitLocker, Defender, and vulnerability remediation.n
- Implement and support Co-Management between SCCM and Intune.n
- Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and deployment success rates.n
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, update,
