NRole Overview
nWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused interns to join our Customer Support team in Pune.
NThis opportunity is specifically suited for candidates who are genuinely interested in building experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, or Customer Operations and enjoy interacting with and assisting customers.
NYou will be communicatingwith customers regularly across calls, chats, and emails,



understanding their concerns and helping them reach the right resolution. Strong English communication and comfort with customer conversations are therefore essential for this role.
NThis is a Pune-based internship with mandatory Work From Office requirements for day shifts. Candidates must be willing to work assigned shifts based on business requirements and should not have constraints around shift timings.
