We are seeking an exceptionally smart, proactive, and dynamic skilled to take end-to-end ownership of leasing operations across our 30-building commercial real estate portfolio.
In this role, you are not just a task executor—you are an owner and an efficiency engine. You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to generate ideas, streamline workflows, draft precision documents, and execute operational tasks with high speed and zero-rework accuracy. By managing portfolio tracking, broker cadence, and deal logistics, you empower our Leasing Manager to focus entirely on high-stakes negotiations and relationship management.

With over $400 million in assets under management, we specialize in acquiring, adding value, managing and selling CRE properties with the goal of maximizing investor returns. Our portfolio includes commercial retail properties, medical buildings, daycare facilities, single family homes.

Salary : 5-8 LPA
