Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help expand INI8 Labs’ pipeline of enterprise customers and strategic partners. You will identify, research, and engage prospective clients and partner organizations, support outreach and deal qualification, and work closely with leadership to convert conversations into long-term engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, partnerships, and the AI/data services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:



Identify and research potential end-customers and partner organizations across target verticals (Financial Services, Life Sciences, CPG/FMCG, and emerging AI-native companies) that could benefit from INI8 Labs’ data engineering, AI/ML, and managed services.
- Outreach & Relationship Building: Draft and execute personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to key stakeholders — founders, CxOs, VPs of Engineering/Product — to open current business conversations.
- Partnership Development: Support the evaluation and pursuit of technology and channel partnerships (e.G., cloud hyperscalers, data/AI platform vendors) including partner program applications, capability positioning, and relationship management with partner ecosystem teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date record of prospects, partners, and outreach status;
track conversations from first contact through qualification and handoff.
