Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst + QA professional with 2–3 years of experience who can work closely with clients, understand and document business requirements, coordinate with development teams, and take ownership of the product delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering through testing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and analytical skills, hands-on experience in manual software testing, and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, meetings, discussions, and follow-ups with clients.
- Analyze and clarify functional and business requirements.
- Convert client requirements into transparent and detailed BRDs, FRDs,



user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria where required.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, ambiguities, and potential risks in requirements.
- Ask appropriate questions to ensure requirements are complete and clearly understood before development begins.
- Maintain requirement documentation and ensure changes are properly tracked.

Client Communication
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and the internal development team.
- Regularly communicate project updates, clarifications, questions, and dependencies to clients.
- Participate in client calls and product discussions.
- Understand client feedback and translate it into actionable development and QA tasks.
- Manage requirement clarifications and ensure expectations are aligned between the client and project team.
