About the Role
nWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our group finance team and work directly with the CFO across our India and US entities. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-border finance, including tax, M&A;, and board reporting.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Month-end closing and financial reporting for India and US entitiesn
- Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing supportn
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA (15CA/15CB, FIRC), and ROC compliancen
- Coordinating US tax filings and compliance with our US CPA firmn
- Leading statutory and tax audits end to endn

nRequirements
n
- n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experiencen
- Strong grip on Indian direct and indirect tax compliance and auditsn
- Strong Excel skills and transparent communicationn

nPreferred

- n
- Big 4 experience, particularly in statutory auditn
- Exposure to US accounting, transfer pricing, or FEMAn
