We're hiring: Growth & Business Development Manager | AxeGrid Digital | Bangalore
AxeGrid Digital is a Product & Growth Studio, not an agency. We help ambitious brands build, launch, and scale digital products, from 0→1 builds to conversion-focused commerce. Our work spans UX/UI, Shopify, headless CMS, MERN, Flutter, AI/ML, CRO, and SEO/AEO/GEO. We partner with enterprise and D2C brands, including some of the biggest names from Indian and overseas Enterprises.

We're looking for someone to own our business development engine: from finding the right brands to closing the deal.

What you'll do
- Take ownership of our existing client portfolio and grow those relationships
- Identify and research FMCG, D2C, and consumer brands that fit our offerings, and build high-quality prospect lists with verified decision-maker contacts
- Run consistent, high-volume outbound through email, , and multi-channel sequences that fill the pipeline every week
- Create sharp, tailored pitch decks and proposals that speak to each prospect's business problems
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach,



discovery calls, proposals, negotiation and closure
- Track pipeline health, conversion rates and campaign performance, and keep improving what works
- Work closely with our design, tech and growth teams to shape solutions for prospects

What we're looking for
- 2–3 years in B2B business development or sales, ideally at a digital agency, tech studio, SaaS or e-commerce services company
- Hands-on with prospecting and data tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hunter or similar
- Comfortable with modern AI tools for research, personalisation and email campaigns (e.g. Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, ChatGPT/Claude)
- Required Business and tech knowledge of the web and commerce landscape: Shopify, React/modern frameworks, headless CMS, SEO, AEO and CRO. You don't need to code, but you should hold your own in a conversation with a D2C founder or CMO
- Robust at building decks and telling a clear co
