nAs we accelerate our expansion, we are looking for a
nAbout the role:
nThis is a revenue ownership role. The person will be responsible for driving business from our franchise network and working closely with franchise partners to build profitable, sustainable stores.

- Drive revenue from franchise stores based on city and market potentialn
- Partner with franchisees through the complete business journeyn
- Support store launch, operations, sales, customer experience and business developmentn




- Identify opportunities to improve store productivity and profitabilityn
- Develop and execute city-wise growth plansn
- Monitor store performance and drive corrective actionsn
- Mentor and handhold franchise partners to help them succeedn
- Build solid, long-term relationships with franchiseesn
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure franchisee successn

nWho are we looking for?
n12–15+ years of experience
nStrong experience in consumer retail / retail operations
nMinimum 2+ years in a leadership role managing multiple stores
nExperience in modular furniture / interiors / home improvement will be highly relevant
nStrong business development and commercial orientation
nProven ability to drive revenue through retail stores
nExcellent relationship-building and franchisee-handling skills
nStrong mentoring, coaching and handholding mindset
