Operations Executive – Non-Retail Approvals (NRA)

Compensation: AED 1,500 per month

Reporting To: Manager – Operations (NRA)

About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive – Non-Retail Approvals (NRA) to join our Operations team and support the accurate and timely booking of insurance policies.
The role will be responsible for document verification, payment validation, policy booking, data accuracy, and compliance, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify all mandatory documents and ensure they are complete and accurate before policy booking.
- Review payments against corresponding debit notes and tax invoices and identify any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Placement teams to resolve payment and documentation-related issues.
- Handle instalment payments by ensuring receipts collectively match the relevant tax invoice or debit note.




- Process quarterly instalment policies only after receiving the required tax invoices for each instalment.
- Ensure each instalment is booked separately and accurately against the corresponding invoice.
- Maintain high accuracy in system entries and prevent duplicate receipts or incorrect allocations.
- Accurately record booking details, including insurer invoice dates, tax invoice numbers, commission, VAT, and other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate booking trackers and ensure transaction statuses are properly updated and documented.
- Ensure all activities follow internal controls, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and operational processes.
- Support the NRA Manager with process improvement initiatives, compliance activities, and other operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, production, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, I
