About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Publisher Partnerships & Affiliate Management to own
supply-side growth for Nitro Rewards.
You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing publishers and distribution
partners that can provide rewards placement inventory across surfaces such as order confirmation
pages, tracking pages, post-purchase journeys, and other high-intent user touchpoints.
The role is deeply focused on publisher acquisition and supply-side business development —
building a robust partner pipeline, closing revenue-share/commercial agreements, and scaling the
volume and quality of rewards inventory available to Nitro Rewards.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how affiliate and performance
partnerships work from the publisher/supply side and is comfortable selling revenue-share
propositions to publishers.

Key Responsibilities
● Own the publisher acquisition strategy for Nitro Rewards and build a high-quality supply
pipeline
● Identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate,



and close publishers that can provide rewards placement
inventory
● Build partnerships across wallets/fintech, logistics, ticketing, travel, loyalty, rewards
infrastructure, and other relevant platforms
● Identify high-value surfaces including order confirmation pages, tracking pages,
post-purchase journeys, loyalty sections, and other rewards placements
● Develop and sell compelling revenue-share and commercial partnership models to
publishers
● Negotiate payout structures, rev-share splits, commercial terms, placement economics, and
other partnership mechanics
● Own the publisher relationship from initial outreach through commercial closure,
integration, launch, and ongoing growth
● Drive growth in publisher supply, GMV, revenue, traffic, conversions, and rewards
transactions
● Monitor publisher-level performance and identify opportunities to improve activation, fill,
EPC, RPM, monetization, and overall yield
