N✔ Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture
N✔ Service & process detection rules, request attributes
N✔ Alerting,



problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscape
N✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation
N✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration
N✔ ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira)

N Mandatory Experience:
N✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade
N✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership
N✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes)

N✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction
N✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance
