About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Director – Investment Banking (TMT) to lead the execution of M&A;, capital raising, and corporate finance transactions for SMEs and mid-market companies.
- The Director will take significant ownership of live transactions, seller relationships, buyer and investor engagement, transaction strategy, stakeholder coordination, and deal team management.
- This is a hands-on senior execution role for an experienced investment banking skilled who can independently manage multiple mandates, work directly with founders and senior stakeholders, and lead analysts and associates through the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, capital raising, and corporate finance transactions
- Take ownership of multiple live mandates from onboarding through transaction completion
- Develop and manage transaction strategy, timelines, workstreams, and execution priorities
- Coordinate with clients, buyers, investors, lawyers, advisers, and other transaction stakeholders




- Identify and resolve transaction bottlenecks, execution risks, and commercial issues
- Lead negotiations and transaction discussions where required
- Maintain execution momentum and drive transactions toward successful completion
- Ensure high standards of transaction management across multiple concurrent mandates

Seller Onboarding & Client Management
- Engage directly with founders, business owners, and prospective sellers
- Assess transaction readiness, deal objectives, and suitability of potential mandates
- Advise clients on transaction preparation, process structure, positioning, and execution
- Manage senior client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Set and manage expectations around timelines, valuation, buyer engagement, and deliverables
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients during live transactions
