Role Overview
The Talent Business Partner owns the end-to-end consultant lifecycle from offer closure through onboarding, engagement, retention, redeployment, and offboarding. The role focuses on consultant experience, compliance, stakeholder management, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Consultant Onboarding & Compliance
- Own end-to-end consultant onboarding through the OMNE workflow platform.
- Ensure compliance with company/client requirements, I-9, E-Verify, W-4, background verification, work authorization, and documentation standards.
- Validate documentation, track onboarding SLAs, resolve gaps, and maintain audit-ready records.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Sales, VMO, Background Verification/Drug Testing Agencies, and external vendors.

Consultant Engagement & Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants throughout their assignment lifecycle.
- Conduct orientation calls and regular consultant touchpoints to drive engagement.




- Address concerns and escalations while coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Payroll, Timesheet, Expense, US HR, Immigration, and other teams.
- Identify flight risks and support retention and resignation-save initiatives.

Redeployment & Business Support
- Support redeployment by coordinating with Talent Acquisition and Sales to minimize bench time.
- Monitor assignment milestones, extensions, and upcoming closures.
- Generate consultant referrals and potential business leads and track their progress.

Offboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Manage termination discussions and end-to-end offboarding, including workflow closure and client equipment return.
- Ensure timely timesheet compliance, documentation, system updates, and assignment closure.

Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain dashboards covering onboarding, compliance, SLAs, aging cases, engagement, and assignment milestones.
