NMeghna Jewellers is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team.
NJob Responsibilities:

- Call leads and potential customers interested in jewellery. N
- Explain current jewellery collections, offers and store details. N
- Follow up with leads regularly. N
- Encourage customers to visit our Nerul & Vashi stores. N
- Maintain proper recordsof calls, follow-ups and customer responses. N
- Coordinate with the sales team for interested customers. N

nRequirements:

- n
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English. N
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers. N
- Basic computer knowledge. N
- Previous telecalling orcustomer service experience is preferred. N
- Experience in jewelleryor retail sales will be an advantage. N
