NWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our group finance team and work directly with the CFO across our India and US entities. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-border finance, including tax, M&A;, and board reporting.
NKey Responsibilities

- N
- Month-end closing and financial reporting for India and US entities N
- Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support N
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA (15CA/15CB, FIRC), and ROC compliance N
- Coordinating US tax filings and compliance with our US CPA firm N
- Leading statutory and tax audits end to end N

nRequirements
n
- N
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience N
- Robust grip on Indian direct and indirect tax compliance and audits N
- Strong Excel skills andclear communication N

nPreferred

- N
- Big 4 experience, particularly in statutory audit N
- Exposure to US accounting, transfer pricing, or FEMA N
