About your new role
- Create high-quality, people-first content optimised for SEO, with consideration for visibility in generative AI search experiences (GEO), tailored to diverse markets such as Singapore and Malaysia, and aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Review, optimise and refresh existing content to improve organic visibility, engagement, conversions and relevance.
- Conduct keyword, topic, audience and search-intent research to develop content plans that attract qualified organic traffic and generate leads.
- Edit and improve copy directly,



jumping in to fix or rewrite content when needed.
- Own the end-to-end content workflow, from ideation and briefing through editing, stakeholder revisions, publishing and performance reporting.
- Understand the business needs and pain points of clients and their target audiences to shape relevant, effective content strategies.
- Monitor the performance of client blogs and the GrowthOps Asia website content, providing transparent analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Track competitors and the wider search landscape in target markets to identify emerging trends, content gaps and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate and prioritise content projects based on growth potential, business impact and strategic relevance.
- Collaborate with technical SEO specialists and account managers to align content initiatives with broader client strategies and technical requirements.
