Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Media Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospects for the company’s magazines and media solutions. The role involves managing existing client accounts, understanding their needs, proposing suitable advertising and sponsorship packages, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.



The Media Sales Executive will conduct sales meetings, negotiate and close deals, coordinate with editorial and marketing teams on campaign delivery, and report regularly on sales performance and market trends. The role also includes attending industry events, representing the company to partners and clients, and contributing to strategies that grow revenue and expand the company’s presence in key markets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is must.
- Proven skills in Media Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and grow a client base.
- Strong Account Management capabilities to maintain relationships and drive repeat business.
- Drafting proposals for the clients as per requirements and follow-ups
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Managing a proper DB
