Role Overview
Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for an aggressive, target-driven Business Manager to head channel sales operations, revenue growth, and market expansion across Andhra Pradesh.
The ideal candidate will bring solid domain expertise in Fans and Home Appliances, backed by robust trade connections across the state. The incumbent will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales targets, expanding the distributor/dealer footprint, leading the field sales force, and securing dominant counter-share across electrical, appliance, and wholesale retail networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Sales Target Delivery: Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary targets (volume and value) for fans and home appliances.
- Distribution Network Expansion: Identify,



appoint, and nurture high-performing distributors, super-stockists, and direct dealer networks across key markets (Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Kurnool, Nellore, etc.).
- Field Sales Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Executives, and field officers to ensure high retail beat compliance and field productivity.
- Commercial & Credit Discipline: Oversee distributor billing cycles, enforce credit policies, minimize outstanding dues, and maintain healthy distributor ROI in compliance with company commercial guidelines.
- Trade Marketing & Counter Share: Roll out competitive dealer incentive schemes, seasonal booking drives, retailer loyalty programs, and visual merchandising to increase secondary off-take.
- Depot & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the regional C&F; depot and logistics teams to forecast SKU demand accura
